Guidelines

When you are using images (and other media) in blog posts or projects you create, use the following guidelines.

  1. Homegrown and Public Domain: Use images you create yourself or images in the public domain.
  2. Creative Commons: Use images others have granted permission to re-use
  3. Fair Use: Use images following fair use guidelines in the country where you live (if available)

Use the following websites to find Creative Commons-licensed images. Check the license terms and be sure you comply. This always includes giving ATTRIBUTION for the source.
